Terms & Conditions


Custom projects and consultations are not eligible for refunds. 

Refunds or exchanges are available for 21 days. After 21 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 21 days after purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet;

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contact@cultivatehort.ca. We will contact you back regarding the next steps in the process.


Cancellations on approved custom projects before manufacturing/assembly date are subject to a 12% service fee of the total value of order. 

Cancellations on custom projects after manufacturing/assembly date are subject to a minimum 30% service fee of the total value of order. Service fees are discreitionary based on the stage of completion of the project.



To return your qualifying product, you should mail or deliver your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not ship items outside of Canada. 


All prices represented on the website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). 


Consultations are not eligible for refunds. Most projects will require a retainer payment to secure consultation that will be credited toward the final cost of the project. 

Travel associated costs are additional to project details and will be billed accordingly.
